Our services include educational counselling, admission guidance, documentation support, and related consultancy for NEET UG and other entrance-based courses.

We are not a college, university, or government authority. We act as facilitators to guide and support students during the admission process.

Enrollment in any package is considered complete only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Once payment is made, you will receive confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone along with service initiation details.

All payments are non-transferable and valid only for the registered student.

Each package has a defined list of features (as mentioned on our website).
Services may include:

• Admission and documentation support
• Personalized counselling and college shortlisting
• Application and form-filling guidance
• Regular updates and cutoff alerts

Any additional service requests beyond the selected package may attract extra charges.

Refunds are only applicable before the counseling or service process begins.

Once any part of the service (such as counseling, document review, or college guidance) is initiated, no refunds will be provided.

Duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded after verification (usually within 7–10 business days).

Students must ensure that all information provided (documents, marks, personal details) is true and accurate.

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student.

Our services may involve third-party websites, government portals, or payment gateways.
We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party systems.

While we make every effort to guide students effectively:

• We do not guarantee admission to any particular college or course.
• Admission is subject to eligibility, merit, and the official counselling authority’s decisions.
• We are not liable for changes in government policies, seat availability, or cutoff variations.

All student data and documents are treated as confidential and used only for counselling and admission purposes.

We do not share information with unauthorized third parties.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
